Terms and Conditions

Subscription, Billing, Cancellation and Pause

The base subscription is XCG 49.99 per month for one authentic designer fragrance in a new 8ml atomizer per active delivery month. Premium fragrances may require a clearly displayed one-time add-on. Your first payment is charged immediately at Stripe checkout and covers your first scheduled delivery month; you will not be charged again for that prepaid month. Afterward, recurring payments are processed on the 1st at approximately 9:00 AM AST. Subscribers may plan up to three eligible future delivery months and may update selections until the applicable 25th cutoff. If no fragrance is selected by the cutoff, Intrigue may assign an available base fragrance without a premium add-on. Cancel before the applicable 25th cutoff to avoid the next recurring charge. A cancellation received after the cutoff takes effect after the committed fragrance is charged and fulfilled. An already-paid first fragrance remains due and is not refunded solely because of a change of mind. Subscriptions may be paused for one month at a time.

Refunds and Replacements

A refund or replacement may be provided when a fragrance arrives damaged or when Intrigue sends the wrong fragrance. Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds and replacements are not provided because of personal scent preference, a missed selection deadline, a change of mind or use of the fragrance.

Delivery, Authenticity and General Terms

Free local delivery is included within Intrigue's Curaçao service area, from Tera Cora in the west to Fuik in the east. Customers outside this area may select free pick-up at Intrigue Fragrances, Ruyterkade #15, CityWalk Souvenir Store, Curaçao. Monthly orders are normally packed on the 2nd and 3rd and delivered or made ready for pick-up between the 4th and 7th. Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.

Intrigue B.V. offers genuine designer fragrances sourced from authorized vendors or manufacturers. Intrigue B.V. is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the fragrance brands. Products are independently rebottled and repackaged by Intrigue B.V. in Curaçao.

Intrigue B.V. may update these Terms and Conditions. The revised terms and their effective date will be published on intrigue.one.
